Because I never sleep late and always wake up early

Because I learnt how to change a diaper in a minute.

Because I learnt how to prepare a formula when I am still asleep.

Because I learnt how to sing baby songs even if I can´t sing at all.

Because I play hide and seek again as if I was 6.

Because I know all the names of the t.v shows on the discovery kids channel.

Because I have to wake up several times in the morning and I don´t mind doing it.

Because I have to pick up toys the whole day.

Because I am not a witch but I foretell what you are trying to tell me.

Because just a laugh can make a day worth it.

Because I have less time for me and all my time is for you.

Because when I look at your eyes I see love and kindness.

Because I spend more time in play grounds and parks than at the hair dresser salon

Because I want to quit my job and spend all my time with you.

Because only watching you when you are sleeping makes me feel calm.

Because since you were born my life changed for good.

Because even with one thousand things more to do, I couldn’t be happier.
